The covid problem challenged this trip with food issues. One day 3 the only restaurant available for lunch was closed. Our party of eight was left to share an apple, nuts and granola bar. Like the hotel Fredrick the best. Lots of room Didn't like Augusta. Small house for 7 people, not coffee...

Small house for 7 people, not coffee or food, barely had time to get the frozen pizza dinner by 5 Finally met Luke in St. CharlesCross Roads and Luke did an excellent job supporting our bucket list item of riding the Katy Trail. Rode from Clinton to Marthasville. His sag supported and made the ride a huge success.

The accommodations were top notch and they provided lots of great information prior to our trip.

Our tour was a 6 day guided tour. All details lodging, food, baggage transfer were handled by Luke, Mark and Dennis. The accommodations were the finest available in the small towns that we stayed in. The dining options- we dined together some nights other nights we went our own way. (Can’t please everyone all the time). Riding the trail is an experience that I won’t forget and I would recommend to any avid cyclist. It’s not easy, and you need good gear.Luke did an incredible job organizing this trip. We were VERY apprehensive as this was our first bike trip of any length. We had some shuttle issues on day #1, but that wasn't Luke's fault, and he was very accommodating once I communicated w/ him. Luke did an incredible job organizing this trip. We were VERY apprehensive as this was our first bike trip of any length. We had some shuttle issues on day #1, but that wasn't Luke's fault, and he was very accommodating once I communicated w/ him. His communication overall was great throughout the entire process. The 5 overnights were perfect. Couldn't have asked for anything nicer. Having our luggage magically appear at each stop was also flawless. And, the guidebook he provides is superb to carry along on the trip. Would use Crossroads again in a heartbeat!!The bluffs and the fields of crops were beautiful. We had very nice accommodations and while we did not need support, it really gave me peace of mind to have it!
