We had an unforgettable day, guides are very knowledgeable and enthusiastic to pass on information about Patagonian wildlife and nature and the archeological history. Kayaking was very safe but exciting, 2 hour trek was up steep clay slopes but pace was comfortable. We finished the day feeling exhausted and elated. Don’t miss this excursion if you go to Calafate! You like fossils and Dinosaurs? this is your tour. I loved the 2h trekking at half point. The day I did it was windy from the back, so it was specially easy (even if maybe a bit too fast over, jejeje)

We had so much fun on the kayak and trekking experience!! The transportation picked us up on time and we quickly picked up the other group members. What was really nice was it was a small group of six so it was easy to talk with everyone and have the feel of an intimate experience. The excursion only allows a max of 8 people which is great! Our guides were so helpful and really experienced which made the day go smoothly. They provided all of the necessary equipment for the kayaking, and they did a great job teaching us and guiding us down the river. Our main guide, Rueben, is very knowledgeable about the area and country and gives so much history during the van ride to the experience as well as throughout the day!!! All the guides were so personable and fun! The trek was super cool, as this is private land so we were the only people kayaking and hiking...very cool area and we even saw dinosaur bone fossils! What made this excursion so special was the passion of the guides. Highly recommended if you want a unique and fun experience!!!My partner and I have done a lot of kayaking tours before but this was one of the best we have ever done! My partner and I have done a lot of kayaking tours before but this was one of the best we have ever done! From start to finish our guides were professional, friendly and really knowledgeable. We learnt all about the local area, wildlife and safety briefing before we embarked in the kayaks along the river. The equipment was clean and good quality and we felt completely safe whilst enjoying the twists and turns of the rivers flow. Stopping to hike was a huge highlight for us as the landscape was like nothing we have ever seen before, and allowed us to discover the incredible fossils and petrified forests up close. We had lots of great photo opportunity’s which our guides captured and then shared with us at the end of the tour. After another shorter kayak we saw the van waiting to pick us up and felt a great sense of achievement for the day! We also want to mention the great communication and flexibility of the staff, as the day we had booked to kayak the wind was too strong, so we were driven back to town, luckily we had another day in El Calafate so the staff immediately emailed us with availability to join the tour the next day which really impressed us. We would highly recommend this trip to anyone looking for an exciting way to discover El Calafate! We had an amazing day on the water and hiking through Patagonia on this tour. The kayaking was beautiful and a very cool way to see different parts of the region. On the hike we got to hold dinosaur bones and trek through regions not reachable by car. Federico and Hanibal were amazing guides!
