After collecting you from the waterfront in Walvis Bay, go on a scenic drive past the Walvis Bay waterfront and salt refinery on route to Pelican Point Peninsula, where you will have the chance to kayak amongst countless seals, dolphins and other marine life.

The second part of the tour takes you deep into the Namib desert where the huge dunes meet the Atlantic. Many interesting sights to see including desert fauna and flora, off road driving on the sand, lunch that includes finger snacks, sparkling wine.

We had such an incredible day with JP, exploring the beauty of Sandwich Harbour and Pelican Point. First we Kayaked with Seals which was such a surreal experience. The entire morning was well planned and coordinated and we felt very safe with the guides kayaking with the seals. After a quick hot drink and snack to warm back up (it's surprisingly cool in the mornings!)A truly amazing and wonderful experience that I can thoroughly recommend. Both amazing experiences, luckily I do not have go suggest only one of them because they are both so stunning in their own different way. The guides are super nice and knowledgeable! Altough we encountered a booking issue (tour booked in adance but no place for us in the car...) the team did their best for us so we had a lifetime experience. Kayaking is a must and nobody should come to Walvis Bay without trying it. We thought that the rest of the day wasn't worth, it was a mistake. Sandwich Harbour is an incredible place you access after a 4X4 ride on the sand, along the shore. It has a look of edge of the world, you won't be completely alone because every sensed mind tourist will go there, but what a feeling. Warm welcome, strong will to make us a good day and nice lunch at the bottom of the dune, that's the recipe for an incredible day. So, just make sure your booking is well done and just trust Red Dunes Safari.
