The Tour was well organized and Luis did a great Job in explaining about the Penguins and the history of Tierra del Fuego. Unfortunately the ferry couldnt leave on our way back because of the wind so we were trapped on the Island for 2-3 hours. It still was a great experience!

Our tour guide Luis was great! Extremely knowledgeable about Patagonia. He spoke multiple languages - English, Spanish and Portuguese. The driver was also great! Felt safe the whole time. He drove carefully in the windy conditions and unpacked roads. A heads up in that they don’t directly contact you and there is no contact available when they are coming to pick you up. Don’t worry, they might be late but they show up. Also, if you are a vegetarian, make sure to pack your own food as the place they stop for lunch does not have any vegetarian options. This is a long day so be prepared. It’s about 14 hours like they say in the description. It’s extremely windy at thw penguin park so make sure you bring appropriate clothing.Great guide and driver. The sights were spectacular. Our guide spent time with both our English and Spanish speaking members.

We went for three day extra trip to Punta arenas from Santiago Chile but when we got there, the winds were too high and the government wouldn’t allow ships to leave so our 12 hour tour to go see the Penguins was canceled. They’re supposed to refund my account, but it was just a bummer because there’s not much else to do in the little town and we wasted the airfare to get there and the hotel that we stayed in. The hotel we stayed is actually really nice and there was a casino at this other hotel. We went and saw a museum and walked the town but I don’t think I would’ve spent all that money just to do those few things when seeing the Penguins was actually the highlight of why we came. The tour was well organized but we had no fotostop to take pictures of the landscape or the guanacos. That was really disappointing. We also would recommend a microphone for the guide as we could hardly understand her in the backrow. But the guide and the driver were very friendly.
