My girlfriend's cousin generously arranged a trip to Cambridge for my girlfriend and I along with this walking tour. She could not have given us a better gift. Chris was our guide. He met us in the lobby of our hotel. He was there a little before our start time. Chris then took us on a tour of several of the Cambridge Colleges along with parts of Cambridge. At each stop he demonstrated a vast knowledge of the history of each location along with many stories of the people involved. Chris was also extremely personable and helpful. The kind of guy you'd like to share a pint with which is exactly what we did at the end of our tour at a very famous pub called the Eagle. I would highly recommend Chris and Cambridge Tour Guides.Just got back from Cambridge today and know full well I wouldn’t of enjoyed this city anywhere near as much as I did if it wasn’t for Toni. Just got back from Cambridge today and know full well I wouldn’t of enjoyed this city anywhere near as much as I did if it wasn’t for Toni. He was full of zing (which when your dealing with a family of italians is definitely needed for survival) and had such great charisma and clear love for the city that the 2 hour tour we had flew by. He had an in depth knowledge of the history of Cambridge, and was happy to take any questions we threw at him. You could tell that this wasn’t just a spiel to him, but he genuinely had a love for what he was saying, and that made you listen more intently. A great day and couldn’t recommend him enough. Thanks Toni!Really engaging and interesting tour that kept us all entertained at the the same time. Highly recommended.

Cambridge Tour Guides were recommended to me by a friend and so we used them for our recent U3A outing to Cambridge. Chris, our guide met us at the coach stop - in the pouring rain, and after warning us to look out for marauding bicycles, he then proceeded to take us on a short tour of the City and King's College. He made it really interesting for us and we had lot's of good comments from people afterwards.I booked a private tour (Historic Cambridge and King's College Chapel) through Cambridge Tour Guides for a student trip and was very pleased that all the guides (Tony, Johnny and Mary in particular!) were extremely friendly, knowledgeable and clearly love their jobs! I booked a private tour (Historic Cambridge and King's College Chapel) through Cambridge Tour Guides for a student trip and was very pleased that all the guides (Tony, Johnny and Mary in particular!) were extremely friendly, knowledgeable and clearly love their jobs! They handled the large group well and kept the students engaged and entertained throughout. Would highly recommend and will definitely be booking with them again in the future.
