Kos Wildlife Walks: birdwatching and animal photography
Overview
After scouting the island for four years, biologist George has started his wildlife spotting and photography walks with an ethical approach in mind. His goal is to show you birds, snakes, lizards and mammals with as little disturbance as possible.
Depending on your preferences, we will meet in various locations of Kos Island to observe animals. Nature is unpredictable and there is also beauty to that. Every day is different, but we know what to expect from different locations.

Such a wonderful morning with lots of birds, lizzards and tortoises. George really knows a lot about the area and can hear a small snake eyed lizzard in the brush. Nice and skillfull with a lot of knowledge, a total must do!

Nice and skillfull with a lot of knowledge, a total must do!This was so cool! Not only did we find over 30 types of birds most of which I didn’t even know existed, but we also saw tortoises, hedgehog tracks on the sand, fighting lizards and a huge legless lizard. George was leading the walk and answered all of our questions about the nature of the island!...

We saw 21 differen species - most of them lbb's (little brown birds). George knew a lot of them to tell and what to expect in the next 50 meters. For Bird Enthusiasts a Must.
