What to expect
Due to the current situation, KLIA 2 (Wellness) and Plaza Premium Lounge at KLIA 2 International Departure will be temporary closed.
Plaza Premium Lounge at KLIA International Departures and KLIA Gateway (Next to Aerotel) keep open and the operation hours will be as follow:
Plaza Premium Lounge at KILA International Departures: 08:00 - 02:30 daily
Plaza Premium Lounge at KLIA2 Gateway (Aerotel) : 07:00 - 20:00 daily
Please also note the below measurement will be in place:
• Social distancing within our lounges
• Removal of buffet bars, and switch to digital food ordering of hot food (breakfast/soups/pastas/noodles, etc) and served to customers, individually wrapped fruits/sandwiches, packed salad/cereals/cheese etc
• Canned beverages, coffee/tea in disposal cups

Best part was the seating. Food was absolutely awful. Tasteless. Only thing edible was the salad. Toilets left a lot to be desired.

Nice to be with n a lounge with a 7 hour connection: Food adequate. Very busy and tricky to get a comfy seat but we got there. Toilets were disgusting with water everywhere and not paper roll. Better than sitting outside but I wouldn’t do it again

This lounge is small with no quiet areas. The tinny phone sounds and pointless Muzak were off-putting and not conducive to lounging. But the food and drink options were good.

This is a new lounge as it used to be located at the other section of the KLIA 1 which required to take the airport tram to. Now it is located right in the main KLIA 1 terminal near G gates. Not worth the money if you can only stay for a short time . We only had 30 minutes and found that it was not worth the cost.
