Fantastik tour to the national park of Timanfaya and the volcanos. We didn’t Care much for the winery and the aloe vera factory. We would very much have liked to have had our lunch at the vulcano visiting center. The demonstration of how much heat there is in the ground and tour in the bus around the park was outstandig. The power of Nature is so strong. There was many beautiful sights to see. The lava landscape is something very special. And the vinyard as well. We enjoyed beautiful views over the land.

Volcan Express // Tourist Trap Express 1st Stop: Timanfaya, where the bus drove through the beautiful landscape while the guide was talking in English, French, Italian and Spanish at some times...? We got 10 min to see the beautiful restaurant where they cook by using the heat from the volcano. 2nd stop: a 50 min(?!) stop at a so-called "winetasting" where we got 1 cl of wine on arrival and that was about it. No talk or explaining about the wine yards etc.. the rest of the time was given to shop for wine, souvenirs and food. (: 3rd stop, the biggest disappointment of them all: the aloe vera "museum". 45 min. It really felt like tele-shopping in real life. "Hi welcome, I am now going to cut an aloe plant in front of you, now come buy our products🙃". Such a pity, as we were really looking forward to hear more about the plant, its properties and the whole process behind it. But this was only about selling the same creams that you see all over the Canary Islands anyway. 4th stop: The green golf. A breathtaking place where we got 10(!!!) minutes to look at the view from a cliff and get back in the bus. I guess this was because there was no way for tourists to spend more money at the place.. Last but not least, we were kindly asked to tip our bus driver on our way home. 🤑 Honestly, the trip would be much more enjoyable if the company would actually dedicate more time to the beautiful sights of the island and not on how to squeeze every little penny of their customers. Would not recommend. Save your 53€It was an essence of southern part of the Island. The pick up and ferry was appropriate, the coach and drivers were good. Nelli, our English speaking guide was kind and funny. It is a perfect express tour, if you only have a lottle time to visit Lanzarote.
