Goa was once known as "The pearl of the orient" and "The Rome of the east". Unfortunately people see/know very little of this, given that it has all been erased over time with no one making an effort to preserve its former glory. Make it Happen are an exception to this rule - truly spearheading the initiative of restoring Goa's old splendor through story telling. Their tours surface a side of Goa that you won't see anywhere else, and is a breath of fresh air from the standard narrative of beaches and parties. Immerse yourself in an authentic cultural blend of Indo-Portuguese tours that are meticulously planned and brilliantly delivered. Make it Happen are truly one of the few organisations that we Goans hope will spark a renaissance in our tiny state! The entire experience was very professionally managed...they're best in the business it really gave us a different perspective on Goan history

This is my 2nd tour with Make It Happen. They are committed to sustainable tourism and their storyteller/guides are very personable and knowledgeable. Today, Gauresh was my guide. Many companies would cancel tours if there were not a minimum number of participants. I was very happy to have a solo tour. Gauresh was very friendly and I enjoyed the food walk very much. The highlight was getting to visit inside someone's heritage home and experience a meal with them. The house had been in the family for 8 generations! The personalized touches and the partnership that Make it Happen has with locally-owned small businesses make this a special experience.Highly recommend the tour. Our guide Gourish was very pleasant and knowledgeable, the food was yummy, Panaji is beautiful town. and what else is needed?
