I booked the sushi making class online through Trip Advisor. When we turned up, the sushi school had no record of our booking and they were closing up for the day. No one really spoke English so it was very difficult to explain the situation. The people at the sushi school were incredible sorry and very apologetic. They were willing to reschedule the class for later, unfortunately we did not have time. They refunded the money back to us in Yen (we paid TA in £) which wasn’t ideal but it was useful. I hope Trip Advisor have refunded the school directly. This review is not based on the sushi making class but on the very nice lady at the school who seemed so embarrassed about the situation. Advise to all people who want to book through this school, try and book direct through their website!
