Stopped in here while waiting for my flight to New York. The lounge is comfortable and the staff was attentive. The food was only passable. The pizza was small and mostly dough. The bathroom facilities needed to be renovated, upgraded, maintained or something as they were the worst part of the stay although they were clean. There are many food options in the Terminal that I should have explored instead.A very spacious and well run lounge in T3 at Rome's impressive airport. A very spacious and well run lounge in T3 at Rome's impressive airport. Being a Dragonpass holder gained me entry to the lounge. I had a BA flight to catch back to London and didn't want to pay for my food on the flight back. So I had a plate of spicy pasta, sliced potato wedges and green beans, with a nice chilled Peroni lager. The pasta was surprisingly good. Will return again soon. This lounge is great value; a welcome variety of seating options, bright and open plan, with plenty of complementary food and drink options and it is well-positioned for British Airways departures. This lounge is great value; a welcome variety of seating options, bright and open plan, with plenty of complementary food and drink options and it is well-positioned for British Airways departures. One area they could be improved by making complementary alcoholic drinks self service - in one way it's great having the personal touch of bar staff, but often there's only one server and a bit of a wait. Don't hesitate to book though, I highly recommend this lounge.Wow. What a disappointment. Wow. What a disappointment. I thought I had access to the newly refurbishment Star Alliance Lounge but had to use this lounge for the first leg of a business class ticket from Rome to Sydney. Turkish Airlines should be ashamed for providing such a poor quality lounge for its customers. Free cheap-quality wine and beer but you have to pay for a cocktail? I’ve never been in a business class lounge where you are charged for a basic cocktail like a Negroni or Campari Soda. Give me a break! And the food is absolute slop. I’ve seen better food at a school canteen. Lift your game Turkish Airlines so your lounge matches the good food and service on your flights. It will certainly stop me from flying business on Turkish Airlines again. So avoid this lounge at all costs. Just buy your food and drink in the food court. Definitely don’t bother paying for access here.A place for a good rest and wash up could do with a bit more variety of biscuits and little cakes but overall good
