I was on a business trip with few days to visit. I did book this tour in advance to see Lima as much as I can. I was pick-up at my Hotel in Miraflores by the guide Andrea and a driver. I have enjoy each moment of this 9 hours unique tour. (Pachacamac, lunch and walk in Barranco, walk in center of Lima with access to many places, and the Water Circuit) The value of this (if you do it yourself with taxi) will be much more expensive, and you will not learn as much without a Professional guide. This is a no stress activity and you can have answer to all your questions on the town and the Peru history. If you go to Lima, you have to contact Lima Mentor for the best experience ever I will remember that day for the rest of my life as a unforgettable experience. This tour hit the highlights in Lima, as well as heading out west to the Pachacamac ruins. This tour hit the highlights in Lima, as well as heading out west to the Pachacamac ruins. It was a fun day, with a good mix of activities. The day ended after sunset at the water fountain park and light show. Sounded cheesy, but was really quite beautiful - something like 20 different fountains, all lit up in a park with lots of trimmed hedges in different shapes. Recommend this tour.Andrea, and driver Mr. Roberto, will escort you during this full-day (apx 10 hours) of Pachacamac historic ruins, historic downtown Lima, and the "Circuito Magico Del Agua"! Andrea, and driver Mr. Roberto, will escort you during this full-day (apx 10 hours) of Pachacamac historic ruins, historic downtown Lima, and the "Circuito Magico Del Agua"! A solid two-hours to explore Pachacamac with knowledge from Andrea; a delicious Peruvian lunch in Barranco; plenty of walking time along Costa Verde, various placios; and San Francisco Convent and Santa Doningo Monastery. Conclude a complete day by walking through the city's Magic Water Circuit, featuring 13 neon-lighted fountains, concluding with a laser-light fountain show highlighting this fabulous city's culture, at approximately 7:15pm. A wonderful introduction to Lima, its culture, history, and Inca and pre-Inca lineage!I made a right decision to book the tour with Lima Mentor, the most reliable tour service provider in Lima. Jean Paul was a very friendly, considerate and knowledgeable guide.. with lots of enthusiasm and energy, and we had a great day with him.. he had a considerable knowledge of peruvian history, and the itinerary - including lunch (vegetarian for us - slightly difficult in Peru) was well done.. We could discuss all topics about Peruvian history, and current affairs freely with him, and the car driver was also quite friendly.. We wish Jean Paul well with his work and life. and thank him for a truly informative and enjoyable day!Our Tour Guide Andrea was absolutely amazing and so knowledge on so many topics, I really can’t say enough good things about her. Our Tour Guide Andrea was absolutely amazing and so knowledge on so many topics, I really can’t say enough good things about her. And our driver zipper through Lima like a master. Pachacamac was great and I loved the history, it reminded me of Pompeii but buried in sand. The meal we had was delicious and the restaurant was charming. I loved the walk after lunch and the beautiful area we were in. The San Francisco Church/Cathedral was also very beautiful and the catacombs were awesome. Andrea knew so much on the country of Peru (and other topics) and could answer all our questions. The water park was not was I expected but was fun to see all the different water fountains. Overall I’m so glad we did this tour. Even my husband, who would rather read a book by the pool, was very happy with the tour.
