This was my first time here but my 3rd trip to Vegas. I was looking for something to do and saw this. It was cool seeing the Lions, giraffe , and other animals. I really liked feeding the giraffe and lion. It was cool to be up close to them and hear them roar.

Great place for a family adventure...especially with kids. Staff are able to answer your questions. It takes about an hour to walk through and that includes watching Ozzie, the painting giraffe's show. The story behind Ozzie's "adoption" is amazing. Our grandkids enjoyed being able to feed Ozzie (an extra cost) . Found out that the "boxes" in each cage are air conditioned during the summer and have heating pads for the winter.Had I known that the animals were all caged in such small confinements, we would not have gone. Had I known that the animals were all caged in such small confinements, we would not have gone. We went thinking it was a conservation organization, but upon arriving, the place felt more like an animal abuse for-profit. I tried to inquire about captivity breeding and a staff responded rudely and defensively, leaving me to think they do indeed conduct captivity breeding. There were probably 10+ lions in SMALL cages back to back. None of the cages had any natural elements such as grass, pond, trees, etc. They were just dirt and a box for the lions to jump on. One of the staff was trying to feed meat to a lion and was met with apathy. The lion was on the other end of the cage and did not even turn around to look at her. Same state of inhumane confinement for the other animals on site. This place is not for our family. It's definitely not a lion habitat, more like lions in bare-bones cages.Who knew Ozzie the giraffe would be the star of the Lion Habitat. What a amazing place to visit. I was skeptical about seeing lions in cages all the other zoos before the animals looked sickley. Not here they all look very well taken care of . The place was clean . Had a great time.

They have lions (of course), tortoises, emu, ostriches, macaws, and Ozzie the giraffe who paints! So awesome! The lions also had a roaring contest which was very cool to witness. Definitely enjoyed ourselves and highly recommend! The ranch was the highlight of our Vegas trip for our 7 year old, and in the "top 3 things" for our 10 year old. The ranch was the highlight of our Vegas trip for our 7 year old, and in the "top 3 things" for our 10 year old. A hidden gem we would have missed if a local friend had not shared with us. We highly recommend for all ages. The lions are beautiful and have a sweet relationships with the staff, and of course Ozzie the giraffe is fun too. You get much closer to the animals here than in a traditional zoo, and they seem healthy and happy. We will definitely return on our next trip.
