What to expect
What you need: a portable device with a camera, audio and broadband internet connection.

In the class the participants get to prepare from scratch a 3 courses meal under my instruction: appetizer, first course, and dessert.
The length of the class is about 2 to 2, 30 hours. The classes are held in ENGLISH.
Before the cooking class
After your booking you will receive by email the copies of the recipes, the list of the ingredients and of the required kitchen tools. I will send you the Zoom invite for our Zoom Online Cooking Class.
During the class
On the agreed day and time we will meet in the Zoom Cooking class and we wil cook togheter our menu; you have the opportunity to talk with me, ask questions and have real time support.
After the Class
In the next 24 hours you will receive your Diploma of Italian Cooking and a PDF Ebook made with the best screenshots of our class

It was great fun for three family households all cooking, each in their own kitchen, with Raffaella's enthusiasm and encouragement leading to a delicious outcome. We learnt a new and easy way of making pasta shapes. The pear cake was so easy to make and so good to eat.

Our son and daughter-in-law recently joined us Online for a great Online cooking class with Raffaella. It was a Christmas gift and we decided to join them. We live in two different states, it was so much fun to be able to connect with them in the kitchen. Raffaella is a very talented chef, and her instructions were clear and easy to follow. We cooked a wonderful menu and we entertained friends for a special Italian dinner that evening. My husband and I spent a wonderful week cooking in Raffaella's beautiful home/farm in Umbria 2 years ago. One of our best vacations ever and we are hoping to return.Rafaella is an excellent, patient teacher of classic Umbrian cooking. In her home kitchen located in a beautiful countryside location, we made strangozzi, grape flavored pork loin, sausage and mushroom sauce, and crostata. We did a cooking class on the 22nd of December and even with COVID standing in the way. We were still not disappointed. We did this trip 3 years ago in August of 2017 hands on, and even without the fresh ingredients of Umbria, it still tasted amazing. Rafaella as always, was super nice to us. We made zucchini rolls with ricotta, homemade gnocchi with sausage, and a chocolate torte. Prep was actually surprisingly easy and the only hard thing to do was kneading the raw pasta dough. I would recommend this to anyone who wants a true taste of Umbria.
