Our flight was delayed but the gentleman (forgot his name) was wonderful by waiting for us because we were the last ones. Since we were last and the shared shuttle was gone, we were provided a private shuttle to our resort. The experience was fantastic.

Pick up at the airport was smooth--although we had to walk a bit further outside the airport door than we expected, past the first wave of folks to the second. We were quickly on our way in a very clean van. Return pick up at our hotel was also timely and smooth. Highly recommend.

Had to change dates, they were hard to contact but got me changed. Got no instructions when arriving at the airport. Had to email for instructions.

Efficient transportation from the airport to our hotel. Clean car. Even though we paid for the shared ride we ended up with a private trip which was excellent. Our driver was very personable and offered beer and water to drink which was a nice touch. All around, great experience!

When booked, instructions and expectations were provided in detail. Everything worked perfectly and it was very convenient not to have to worry about transportation when arriving at the airport. Our driver, Cesar, was professional and friendly.
