I could not download the tickets. The receptionist at the Hotel les Theatres tried and the assistants at the Louvre tried their best. I was extremely disappointed and angry as I expected a smooth entrance into the Louvre. Instead we had to pay again which were cheaper too

Could have spent a week exploring and still would have not seen everything. I recommend getting the self guided tour headsets as they allowed us to walk at our own pace and experience the museum they way we wanted. The Hammurabi exhibit was fascinating but so was absolutely everything else. The history of art in the world left me in awe. Prepare to get lost in the maze of rooms but it is well worth the time. March was a great time to go as we did not have to contend with huge crowds.Mesmerizing. My only issue is the room where Mona Lisa is; people just push everyone including small kids out of the way to take selfies. You cannot even enjoy seeing the art.

Received an email the day before with a subject line that read “your ticket is inside.” I downloaded the “ticket” which had the information for our visit and a bar code to my Apple wallet. The next day after waiting in multiple long lines with two young kids, I was told that what I had was not actually a ticket and that I needed to call the company. When I called the Hungarian number provided no one answered. Out of frustration and to avoid ruining the outing we had already invested hours into, I bought another ticket at the machine inside the museum and entered. I will not get use Tripadvisor again for their experiences. The process is not straightforward and I ended up wasting money for nothing. For what it’s worth I canceled a separate Eiffel Tower tour after learning that despite having paid almost $200 for three tickets and a tour, we would still have to wait in lines that could be up to 2 hrs long! Why would you even offer something like that? Thankfully the guide was honest and I was able to cancel. Avoid the hassle and book your tickets directly with the museum or venues.Easy to book and venue responded quickly with tickets. Easy to access and find your way.
