First finding Viator were difficult, since there were no sign with a company logo or writing. We were not pleasantly surprised about the numbers of people being showed around. In our opinion way to many. The sound of the guide were very hard to hear, because of the bad quality of the earpiece and receivers. The massive attendance of guests in Louvre, keeping together on the group were difficult and kept us from getting information about the individual peace’s of art we were viewing. The guides English were not sufficient, since she spoke with a heavy accent. We left the tour quickly, and quite frankly the only thing we got out of the tour were the time we saved from not standing in a long line. Our tour guide did a great job of navigating our group to the museum's most famous pieces and providing context for the art and the musuem's history.
