Make Hand-made Pasta on the Amalfi Coast
Overview
The class last roughly 3 hours and take place at my farmhouse in Agerola.
I'll explain and provide the ingredients needed, their proportions, the full process and methods included all the tricks and how to use all the necessary tolls.
Then we'll prepare the sauce using ingredients from our farm, in particular our organic vegetables.
We are now ready to enjoy a delicious dish of handmade pasta accompanied with a nice glass of our organic wine.
This experience also includes a pice of local cake and limoncello.
All the food will be prepared and served with our own organic extra virgin olive oil.

Nous avons passé un excellent moment avec Pasquale à fabriquer des scialatelli et des gnocchis magnifiques ! Nous avons découvert de tres bon produits : huile d’olive, limoncello, les vins de la vigna degli dei, les fameuses pomodorini del piennolo. Nous avons dégusté des pizzas frita, et même le gâteau traditionnel de Pâques, la délicieuse pastiera. Pasquale parle un anglais impeccable, il fait participer les enfants et a beaucoup d’histoires très intéressantes à raconter. At first I was a bit reluctant to book, but if I could go back on time I would do it with much confidence and definitely I will book again from this company. The only regret I had that I had my experience on my last day of holidays, hence I couldn’t try all the other experiences offered, but looking at tge bright side of it, I left with and everlasting memory that needed to be shared. Our host, Antonio, was so proactive and made us feel so welcomed and like a local. It all started on how basic the pasta is made of and surprisingly I came out with a very nice handmade tagliatelle, but the ones made by the host were way much better. I loved every single minute of this experience and it really exceeded my expectations. Wir haben eine Kombination aus dem Pasta-Kurs und der Herstellung von Fior di Latte machen dürfen. Zuerst haben wir den Weinkeller besichtigt, die selbst hergestellten Weine probiert und haben etwas über die Weinherstellung und die Geschichte des Anbaus in der Region gelernt. Zurück oben in der Küche haben wir einen gängigen Nudelteig und einen Gnocchiteig hergestellt. Mit einer manuellen Handmaschine haben wir die Nudeln gemacht und mit einem Gnocchibrett die Gnocchis. Man zeigte uns, wie es funktioniert und dann durften wir alles selber machen! Danach haben wir Fior di Latte hergestellt, selbst geknotet und direkt verkostet. Die Nudeln wurden gekocht und mit einer Tomatensoße zubereitet und serviert. So konnten wir den Abend gemütlich am Tisch bei köstlichem selbst-gemachten Essen ausklingen lassen. Es war rundum gelungen! Alles, was hier als Speisen angeboten wird, ist von der Familie selbst hergestellt! Wir haben sehr viel gelernt, die Atmosphäre war familiär und Pasquale und seine Frau haben uns wunderbar aufgenommen und uns einen tollen Einblick in ihre Traditionen und Werte gewährt.
