My family of four (2 older kids) did the Super deluxe menu and it was a great experience. Our kids ended up doing all the cooking and they were aided by Mamta and her son, who took great care of the kids and taught them proper cooking techniques. The Pakora (I think of it as Indian tempura) was the kids' favorite and we were all amazed by the Chapati puffing up when it was cooked directly over the flame. We decided to do the dinner, which started at 5PM and conflicted with the last evening boat ride in Lake Pichola, so if you staying for one night only, you may want to do the lunch instead to enjoy both the cooking class and the evening boat cruise. Udaipur was our last city before we headed home and the cooking class was a nice way for our family to get together, slow down and relax after days of hectic traveling. I hope you will enjoy the class too!We made lots of different dishes, it was very well organised. We were there from 11-4 so a great day spent! Very good value for money.
