Detailed and friendly 2-hour tour by Francis. Love the explanation on the ecological history of the Kilim Geopark as well as the introduction to various flora and animals special to this area of Malaysia. Francis is also very much an environmentalist which aligns with my own views, and it was such a great tour speaking to him about the importance of mangrove and preservation.I cannot rate this company and their guide highly enough. I cannot rate this company and their guide highly enough. It was a great tour with an extreme knowledgeable naturalist. Everything was really well done - the food at a local house was exceptional. Whilst on the mangrove tour we saw for example crabs (including the wonderful fiddler crabs), mudflappers, sea kites and a monkey. I really loved the passion for ecology and protecting the environment. This really resonated with me particularly their refusal to feed the sea kites with totally unsuitable food just for tourists. A real passion and pride for the UNESCO status of their amazing geopark really shone through. We were unable to do the swimming due to bad weather but there was no quibble at all about refunding or rearranging that portion of the trip. Highly recommendedThis is my third time joining Junglewalla activities and I will never choose other operator besides Junglewalla in Langkawi. My friends and I learned a lot about nature. This is my third time joining Junglewalla activities and I will never choose other operator besides Junglewalla in Langkawi. My friends and I learned a lot about nature. Fuad was very knowledgable and we really enjoy his tour. We can really see that he is very passionate about nature. If you love nature and wildlife you should do at least one of the Junglewalla activities when you are in Langkawi. Will be back. Our large(ish) group of 7 adults and 5 children including a 7 month old baby had an amazing and educational experience with Mr Hermi. Our large(ish) group of 7 adults and 5 children including a 7 month old baby had an amazing and educational experience with Mr Hermi. He was engaging, passionate and knowledgeable about the mangrove ecosystem, Langkawi’s geology, history, birds....you name it. The mangroves were so serene and it was beautiful just boating among the unique vegetation. Lunch was authentic and lovingly prepared Malay food at a real Malay house. The jungle river swim was amazing and everything I had hoped for. Mr Hermi even helped carry my baby all the way from the river back to the carpark! I have been on many private tours and I must say I was touched by the sincerity and generosity of the people who run this outfit. Will definitely book again!Ahmad Hermi our guide was so knowledgeable and really looked after us. We saw white bellied sea eagles, black capped kingfishers and 3 types of bat. The mangrove forest very interesting. Lunch was great and the swim in the clear cool river perfect.

The jungle pool was refreshing in crystal clear water.
