Soon after, we'll squeeze our way through the long lines and try out some dimsum classics such as Crystal Shrimp Dumplings and Beancurd Rolls washed down with iced milk tea.

Highly recommended for those looking for a dimsum experience in old Chinatown. The additional cultural history provides a deeper context of the culinary experience. Additionally, his knowledge of the Old Chinatown (historically and even recent relevant trends) was very helpful in appreciating what the Chinatown is today. The Guide was very fluent in both Filipino and English. Every step of the tour is well planned and very adaptable to our needs. The kids (teenagers) were very much willing to try every food that was out in front of them. It was an awesome experience. This so far was the best food tour I've ever been to. Jian is a great tour guide and really made my experience a memorable one. He was able to effortlessly connect and bring alive the history, the food, the connection to Filipino cuisine and so much more. It was more than just tasting foods; it was a history and cultural tour that tantalized my taste buds and piqued my culinary curiosity. We sampled at least a dozen foods and it was fantastic. As a restaurant professional, the vendors and restaurants we visited served safe and I saw no issues that would concern me to be able to freely sample the dishes. An incredible day to taste so many foods and learn. Thank you, Jian.chloe was my guide for the day and she was wonderful! she was very informative, giving history about the buildings we passed along, as well as the restaurants we stopped and ate at. it was very fun, and enjoyed every minute of it.
