Drive by parque del Poblado on your way to downtown.
Pass By: Parque Ciudad del Rio, Cra 43G, 2420, Medellin Colombia
We'll drive close to Ciudad del Rio a new modern neighborhood close to Poblado.
Stop At: Plaza Botero, Medellin Colombia
The first stop is in downtown Medellin, where you will be mesmerized by the magnificent sculptures of maestro Fernando Botero, one of the world's most renowned sculptors. Bring a decent camera as your guides have all taken photography courses and will be delighted to take postcard perfect images of you embracing these larger-than-life sculptures for your memories.
From here the tour continues on foot to really feel the vibe of the downtown area and to experience old colonial churches, plazas, the stunning cultural palace, and much more.

We'll walk around the palace and guests can learn the history of this magnificent neo gothic building while your tour guide will assist you in getting good quality photos.

Walk inside one of the first colonial churches constructed in the city. Have your camera ready to take photos of the art and colonial balconies inside the church.

We will take a short walk inside the park to see the first Botero statue donated in the city by Fernando Botero the famous Colombian artist and guest we'll learn the history of this park and it's relevance in the city

Walk inside this charming small colonial church and learn the history behind it.

Stop At: Medellin Metrocable, Medellin Colombia
Next, climb aboard the Metrocable, an aerial cable car system, constructed for the purpose of alleviating traffic, improving overall city transport, and accommodating citizens, enabling them to enjoy connectivity from their respective barrios to the metro, and other means of transport. This sturdy, well-maintained cable car will take you to your next destination, the Santo Domingo Savio library, a modern edifice partially donated by the King of Spain. You will have the option of getting off here for a walk to see the real life in a comuna with your guide who knows the people and the neighborhood well.
Lastly, guests will be dropped off at their accommodations in the same comfortable vehicle they were collected in at around noon.

Overall it was an enjoyable tour.Tour was really good with Pedro the tour guide. Spoke very good English. Very relaxed and knowledgeable about Medellin. The tour was very informative, Alex kept it interesting. We got to ride the Metro, a cable car ride up to the barrios, the downtown Botero plaza and other highlights.
