This was an absolute terrible terrible experience. I did not get the service that I needed. They left as they saw us walking towards the bus they did not care to wait for us. Apparently Michelle was the tour guide and she was horrible with customer service and she was not attentive at all she did not care on us being at the tour. I was robbed not on eBay by the time I was also robbed by Memphis I was robbed in the city this is a terrible city to go travel too! Please do not do not I repeat do not go on this experience and do not go to Memphis the worst vacation experience of my life! By the way it was my birthday it was a terrible idea to come hereFirst let me make this Perfectly clear. Our Tour Guide was Sam, and he was Informative and Pleasant. First let me make this Perfectly clear. Our Tour Guide was Sam, and he was Informative and Pleasant. Our tour with Memphis Tours started at some Monuments of Elvis and BB King. We then went to the Peabody for the Ducks. Our next stop was at the Historical Site of MLK and where he was assassinated at the Lorraine Motel. SO VERY DISAPPOINTING. Instead of getting us as close as possible and allow us to take pictures we were about a Block or two away and simply passed by it. This is a very Important part of History much more important than ducks and it was wasted as we continued on to Beal Street. This was a Total waste of time and so disappointing as we had 40 minutes to eat which was impossible. It took us 5 minutes to get to the restaurant and they had a crowd and there was no way they could seat us and get us our food in time. We tried Blues City Cafe and others with the same result! This was NOT the Driver Sam's fault just how the tour is structured, nevertheless disappointing. So off to Sun Studios we go. I talked to others who were with us, and all agreed that Zach who was our tour guide did NOT focus the tour on Elvis at all. In fact, he made it a point to make this an opportunity for his woke agenda narrative apparently telling us how other Singers were better than Elvis and focused on them during our tour. I and many have never even heard of these other people and in reality, could care less about them..... I guess he really doesn't understand that the Majority of people that even visit there is because of the fact that Elvis recorded there!!! Instead, he focused on others and talked about Elvis very little. Many others felt this way also that were on the tour! Sun Studios should re-evaluate on what their tour guides are doing and where their bread and butter really is.Our guide, Melissa, was amazing! Her name might have been Michelle! She told us to use the other name if we got in trouble on the tour! I may have switched the names. She was so informative! Great tour!
