What to expect
After meeting, we will walk to the beach or to scenic rocky areas for a photography session as a Catalina Island Mermaid. This includes an online gallery with all of the images taken during the photoshoot within 24 hours. You have the option to opt-in to having our team of photo editors professionally edit/enhance and retouch 3, 6, 12, or 24 images from your photoshoot for an additional cost. Offered daily. Mermaid tail rental included, please bring your top of choice. Sizes available for kids and adults up to size XXXL, or size 26.
Mermaid Tail Upgrades are available in most sizes. Shell bra upgrades are available in most sizes. Please contact us after you book to inquire about upgrades, edits, or additional mermaids.
Our favorite part of our mermaid photo shoots is actually seeing how empowered, beautiful, and gorgeous all of our mermaids feel! We often watch nervousness turn into full blown laughter, which lets our photographers catch the BEST genuine smiles.
Please wear a bathing suit, or clothes that you don't mind getting wet and sandy!

The photographer was so nice. She made it fun. We all looked great. We enjoyed climbing on the rocks to get to the right spot. It was not as intimidating as that sounds. Great experience.

I had been having a bad day and had to quit my job and decided to do a spontaneous girls day trip to celebrate my freedom. We started the day with few cocktails and met Elaina for our own personal photo shoot! She was fun and really professional, the mermaid tails were gorgeous quality and surprisingly really comfortable. I'm planning on taking my mother and little sister here in the future. I had so much fun becoming a mermaid on my vacation to Catalina Island! Becoming a mermaid and having someone make you feel beautiful and majestic is an experience like none other. The host was very friendly and helpful. There were several beautiful tails I could choose from. She told me how to pose and took some awesome videos of me. I will definitely be including this again on my next trip to Catalina.
