Travelled to with 9 of my friends most of whom it was our first time in the South Islands. The Cruise Captain and crew were easy to talk to, very informative when they came to talk to us, great service and hilarious yet interesting commentary on the cruise. A bunch of us had a great time being soaked in the waterfalls. I wanted to make special mention regarding our driver Wayne - he was absolutely amazing. I found his knowledge about the history of the area informative, funny, interesting and kept us entertained throughout the day. It made the trip there and back to Queenstown awesome. We also felt very safe with his driving on those long and windy roads, especially on the way back. We bought tickets via grabone and it was quick and easy booking with the company. Instructions to how everything was to work was easy to follow. Got picked up on time at the designated bus stop and the driver was welcoming right from the start. The bus was clean, comfortable and spacious. If you ever were in two minds about booking this trip - just do it. It is an amazing experience made even better with this crew.
