Charlie was really helpful and got in contact with us when we arrived in Puerto Maldonado helping us to navigate the town even before we started the tour. The tour itself was everything that was advertised and more. We kayaked along the Amazon (first time for both of us), ziplined through the jungle vegetation and saw a monkey at monkey Island. On top of that there were some perks that were not on the description as they were new additions: the best was visiting a family of natives which are trying to preserve the jungle from illegal hunters and loggers. They welcomed us with their traditional songs and face paints and we smoked the pipe together, and they talked with us about their efforts to save the jungle. It was a very pleasant surprise. We also had access to a very refreshing swimming pool during the lunch break. My favorite surprise however was when we were able to see sloths on our way back. Highly recommended indeed!
