Excellent tour, was a little worried that I would not be able to hear/keep up since we had pretty much a full bus, but this tour provides audio receivers, and could hear our guide perfectly. The pace was perfect, and we had a few hours to explore after the guided tour. Our guide was exceptional!

Very good opportunity to escape Paris for a day to see the countryside. Guide was really good. Lot of history and worth checking more.

MSM is magical and special. It was a great experience and I’m glad we went. The reason that we gave just three stars is that this tour does not give you much time on the ground. Best case, you are scheduled for 3 hours and 45 minutes at MSM. Plus, that time includes time waiting in line for the shuttle, waiting on bathroom breaks, and waiting for security. It takes about an hour just to ascend and descend due to the crowds. What I think the tour company needs to do, is tell you that you cannot do their formal tour of the Abbey and do anything else. So, several tips: 1. Bring food and plenty of water. The bus stops once each way at the midpoint. 2. Decide the tour of the Abbey is important to you or not. We would have much more enjoyed just exploring and taking pictures. 3. Walk back to the bus rather than take the tram. It’s not that long a walk and you need to stretch your legs before being cooped up in the seat for another long ride. 4. Don’t be the jerk who delays every one else because their instagram photos are so important that they can make 40 other people wait.Christine_V

We tried to cancel within 15 min. But it would not let us. We called and emailed and they responded: “We are following up on your request. Thank you for your patience and please note that we will be in contact within the next 7 - 10 working days.” Regards, Bonifacio Viator Customer Service So far nothing. They charged us 376.40€ anyway. Booked the tour with lunch but it came without it. When I asked for refund of the lunch paid, Viator said they are unable to issue a refund. This is totally unacceptable.
