What to expect
After a short pedal you will find yourself in the countryside, where farmers tend to their fields and villagers go about daily rituals that have remained unchanged for decades. Water buffalo lazily roll in the mud, goats nibble at the foliage as friendly locals wave from all directions.
As you continue on your bike ride we will stop at a fresh market where you will learn about the variety of produce offered. Next, continue on and see live bamboo weaving, used to construct roofs, walls, fans and more. Later, enjoy a walk in the countryside through a typical Myanmar village and learn about their way of life and the different crops they use. On the way back to town the tour will stop at a local tea shop for some delicious snacks and tea. Return to the departure location by 12 pm at noon. Your tour will conclude here.

Just had a tour with Wai Linn Aung, (Linn) he was very informative, friendly and professional. I highly recommend this tour for anyone who wants to get away from the hustle amd bustle of the city. Visited a rice processing facility, a farm growing special mushrooms, a place where they made charcoal bricks, and also a local restaurant in the end, where we tried a few yummy local snacks and green tea. The scenery could have been a little nicer, but the local smiles made up for it. All in all, I can definitely recommend the tour.Excellent guide. Nice way to discover Mandalay countryside with several stops at markets, farms, rice processing and other. Had an excellent half day.

I had the tour all to myself today. We started off visiting a market where I learned about some of the items sold there. Then we went to see a man who cuts bamboo to make construction materials. Next we rode out to the countryside. We stopped by the home of a rice farmer and chatted for a while. Then we stop for some snacks at a coffee house where I was treated to some delicious food. It was an interesting tour with plenty of variety.
