My husband and I had an amazing time with Armela during our food and history tour. Communication was excellent leading up to it, and we had no problems meeting her at the start. She greeted us with a bag of homemade treats that were absolutely delicious! Armela is so knowledgeable about the history of Mostar and Bosnia and we were interested to learn about the country’s long history while seeing some monuments and enjoying cheese, prosciutto, and wine. Her tour got us outside of the Old City to places we might not have otherwise walked to. Absolutely recommend this tour for anyone who will be spending even just a day in Mostar! The tour was great, we could taste many local dishes and learn about the city, both its past and present. Our family was visiting Mostar for the first time, having spent time previously in Croatia and the southern party of Bosnia and Herzegovina. We booked this walking tour with Armela, and it was fantastic. We were introduced to authentic local foods and wines that were amazing. She also gave us an excellent overview of the history of the region and the local culture. We enjoyed her tour so much, we ended up spending the entire next day with Armela and her husband seeing other sites outside of Mostar. This was an excellent experience all around.
