The cities in Herzegovina are beautiful and the Ottoman bridges are amazing, but my guide Almir (who I had for 2 other tours as well) is what made the trip. I have never had so much fun with a tour company. He is very knowledgeable and will answer any questions you have, but I am also leaving this country feeling like I have a friend. Ema in the office was also amazing emailing me and answering questions I had about the tours, as well as taking her time to answer other questions about the city that I had. I have never been with such a great tour company! I highly recommend using them when you are in Sarajevo,The entire tour is full of interest: the beauty of the scenery, the tour guide's great command of the history of the country and all of the information which he passes on to the guest, his best effort to show places from different angles make this tour a five-star one.

I went on this tour from Funky Tours in April and was driven by Jasmin and had Emir as my guide (the second of my three tours with Emir and the first of my two with Jasmin). The tour was full of sights, knowledge and discussion in relation to current affairs in the country. The weather was atrocious for the other guests (non-stop and heavy rain, fortunately something I'm used to in the UK) but this neither impacted the full scope of the tour, nor the experience. Emir and Jasmin did a superb job, balancing the different personalities of the six of us, with three older Greek ladies not wanting to be caught in the downpour, with Jasmin parking such that Emir could take one for the team and stand out in the rain if you didn't want to join and talk us through what we were looking at. In Mostar, the Greek ladies after a while went for coffee to avoid the rain as the three solo tourists went to walk a bit further into the town. When it came to the meal, Emir helped to liaise with the restaurant to identify a vegan alternative so that I didn't miss out and wasn't made to feel awkward or a problem. Another brilliant tour with the operator - thank you Jasmin, Emir and Funky Tours! The tourguide gave us adequate information about the tour and the places we visited.
