Jayci was a terrific climbing guide. Having not climbed for many years, I was apprehensive about starting again. Jayci encouraged me to stretch my limits but didn’t make me feel bad when I got stuck. He was friendly and I enjoyed talking with him on the way to Mt. Lemmon. Jayci is certified by the American Mountain Guides Association, which has stringent tests for skill and safe climbing practice. I recommend him to anyone considering an adventure with the Arizona Climbing Guides. My family (5) went on a tour this morning with Mike M., and we all had the times of our life!! He taught us all about safety and found a great balance between fun and making sure all of us were safe. He helped push mom and dad (intermediate climbers) while staying very encouraging of our kids. All three kids haven't stopped raving! Highly recommend. We took a group of 6th grade Girl Scouts on a guided climb at Cochise Stronghold. Cannot recommend our guides enough!! We took a group of 6th grade Girl Scouts on a guided climb at Cochise Stronghold. Cannot recommend our guides enough!! Brandon and Mike were knowledge, professional, and most of all - fun! They encouraged the girls to move out of their comfort zone and really challenge themselves. Their own love of climbing was evident and inspiring. Hoping this experience opened the girls’ eyes to new opportunities!Mike and Javon are incredible dudes to canyoneer with. Knowledge ranging from identifying the snake we saw as we hiked to the first canyon, the plants along the route, and- oh yea- repelling and climbing! Always felt safe. Scenery is beautiful. Well Worth It. Look no further for a good time.
