No one called me before the tour to confirm anything or share any details. When I called no one picked up the phone number given in the booking receipt. Anyway I went to the meeting point mentioned in the booking receipt at the given time. The guide did not turn up. Somehow I managed to get in t...
No one called me before the tour to confirm anything or share any details. When I called no one picked up the phone number given in the booking receipt. Anyway I went to the meeting point mentioned in the booking receipt at the given time. The guide did not turn up. Somehow I managed to get in touch with them then the guide refused to come to the location mentioned in the booking receipt and wanted me to come somewhere else. By this time I had lost trust in them. So I told them I wanted a refund as there was a no-show from their side at the given time and location. After this they stopped picking my calls. As a tourist, it was a very jarring experience and I ended up wasting an evening because of this. And I still haven’t got any refund. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.
