Loved this place! It’s new (re-opened Feb 2022 after recovering from Ida) and in great shape. Fun design and even has activities to keep you busy while you wait to start your tour. The zip tour guides were fantastic - entertaining and always made us feel safe. Great swamp location with alligators abound while we were there for the morning tour - takes about an hour to complete. Easy shuttle transportation option from downtown New Orleans as well. Highly recommend if you want to get out of the French Quarter / downtown area and have fun while you check out the swamp!Rayne and Christina were our guides. They were amazing, friendly and fun! The experience was out of this world!
