- Check-in is 45 minutes prior to the scheduled flight time. Failure to do so may result in extended wait times or forfeiture of flight.
- A $40 (USD) heliport fee per person (including infants) is due at check-in.
- Due to comfort and weight / balance of the aircraft, passengers weighing over 250lbs (113kgs) will be required to purchase an additional seat. This is payable directly to the tour operator on the day of the tour. 300-lb (136kg) maximum weight per passenger.
- All passengers including children must have a government-issued ID/Passport or you may be denied your flight.
- Please note, that audio language selection is not guaranteed and is based on availability. Should more than 2 languages be requested on the same flight, the audio commentary may default to English. Due to the unpredictable nature of technical difficulties, we cannot provide assurance for the audio functionality of the headsets.
- All flight times are approximate and subject to change due to weather conditions and weight restrictions.
- Infants 24 months and younger must sit on an adult's lap
- This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund
- This tour/activity will have a maximum of 6 travelers
- Confirmation will be received at time of booking

Average experience. Over 1 h waiting time, staff at reception seemed incompetent, should have been a birthday surprise (I emailed to tell them this twice) but no one acknowledged this, pilot did not say a thing, just flew up and down the Hudson River. If you sit on the wrong side of the helicopter you miss half of all the attractions. Way too expensive. It’s better to take a ferry, you will see much more.Christian_H

Booking was simple, safe and the lady we spoke too very helpful in finding us a slot that worked. We got so lucky with the weather (not a cloud in site), ensuring maximum visibility as we flew the entire island soaking up the sights from the perspective only a helicopter flight could offer. Our flight captain was great, offering information and some humour to get everyone comfortable and ensuring the most enjoyment possible. $40 airport hub fee per person a little steep and really takes away from the fun. Its already an expensive trip for 5 people.....and the pp fee in addition feels like gougeng!
