I purchased 2 x 5 day passes from The Pod Hotel Times Square. At $329 each not cheap but they promised good value so we made the purchase. In order to get any real benefit from this pass you must plan your visits carefully to include as many as possible within the time of validity. A main feature here is the GreyLine Hop- on Hop-off bus excursions which can cost up to €59 for a day. On day 2 the plan was to take this bus tour to Brooklyn. To our surprise we were refused boarding because our passes "had expired a few hours ago that day". We had walked a good distance to get to the required stop and we tried to explain that this was some mistake, but the GreyLine official would not hear of it. We took a taxi ($30) back to our concierge and in spite of her emphasis with the Pass company that this was unacceptable there seemed little they were prepared to do by way of compensation. The problem was entirely due to a failing of their system. The glitch also cost us more than 3 hours between the time we spent waiting for the bus, the taxi ride and the time it took to rectify the error readings on our passes so that we could resume our tours. I made it clear that the cost of our taxi ride did not cut it since we had to revise our plans and cut short other visits and that a discount was in order or some other form of satisfaction. Up till day of writing no partial refund was made and no offer of any other nature communicated. Customer care non-existent and no accountability once they have your money. We were in New York City for 5 day, Bought the 5 day pass, used it each day. Only attraction it did not include was the boat ride to the Statue of Liberty Island, that was separate but only $20.00. We got to see on the pass, 911 Memorial, Rockefellar Center, One World Trade Center, American Museum of Natl History, Uptown Tour, NIght Tour, Downtown Tour (3 times to get to other attractions), Brooklyn Tour and a Ride to the airport at the end. We ran out of time and could not see all we could of but it is well worth the price. Phyllis was great!!We stayed one week in NYC and bought the pass with 6 attractions to choose from +100. We did: - One world observatory - 9/11 memorial - Statue of Liberty / Ellis Island - The MET - Top of the Rock - HoHo Bus tour (uptown/downtown Gate Price: 267 USD, with the pass 143 USD

It was very good value for us, but we were full on busy. Do your research and make sure that the things that you intend to do make for overall good value if buying the pass. Things that we did that I recommend: Statue Of Liberty 911 Museum Fancy Bikes in Central Park Top of the Rocks One World Spy Scape KGB Museum The Tour Intrepid Museum Things that we did that were average: The Ride Madame Tusades Ripleys Luna Park Central Park Zoo Gullivers Gate Things that I would actively avoid because they were so very dumb!! National Geographic (It was terrible and lame) The New York Sightseeing Pass was easy to use and we had no problem at all at any of the above attractions. We had our printed vouchers on A4 paper and just handed that over instead of money to obtain tickets at each attraction. Easy and reliable.I enjoyed the trip, the service the drivers give is not as good to say they all have attitude problems! With the exception of one that unfortunately I can't remember his name but he was the only nice one. The tickets to the observatory center were okay cool experience!
