Overview
Bring a camera as this boat features a glass dome with panoramic views of the Niagara river. All trips include a river guide who entertains and narrates during your time on board.
All the thrills of a jet boat ride without getting wet! The dome jet boat speeds down the Niagara River and past 12 miles (19 km) of exhilarating scenery to the churning white waters of the famous Niagara Whirlpool. The covered boat keeps you dry as waves crash and splash around the domed jet boat!

We do not see Niagara Falls on any of our tours. Our tours travel upriver into the Niagara Gorge, through the Class V Rapids at Devil’s Hole and up to the Niagara Whirlpool. The Whirlpool and Niagara Falls are separated by a stretch of Class VI rapids that are unnavigable (and illegal) to pass through.

- Not recommended for pregnant travelers
- No heart problems or other serious medical conditions
- Most travelers can participate
- Arrive promptly 45 minutes prior to departure time to register, sign participation agreement and hear pre-trip safety orientation. If you miss the safety orientation, we will move you to the next available trip time without notice (which could be the next day) so it is important to arrive on time.
- The participation agreement thoroughly explains all pertinent aspects of jet-boating including personal health requirements. Refusal to sign the agreement will not merit a credit or refund.
- Wheelchair accessibility - guests are able to use wheel chair onto the dock up to the boat, but cannot bring the chair on the boat. If assistance is required, passenger must provide their own carer. Guests must be able to sit on a bench seat and support themselves by holding on to a bar in-front of each seat without assistance.
- Participants must meet the minimum height requirement of 40" tall (1 meter) - your average 4 year old.
- Children aged 15 years and under must be accompanied by an adult.
- Late or no-show participants will not receive a refund. You have 24 hours prior to your trip to cancel for a full refund. Trips can be rescheduled until day of the departure at no added charge (subject to availability).
- Guests must arrive on site via their own form of transportation - Whirlpool Jet Boat Tours is not responsible for getting you to the dock.

- This tour/activity will have a maximum of 48 travelers
- Confirmation will be received at time of booking

Cancellation
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours in advance of the start time of the experience.

Fantastic ride on the lower Niagara river. We had an excellent view from inside the waterproof boat. The fall colors and water experience were fabulous.

Loved it ! My family and I had a blast. We got soaking wet. I also liked the fact that they had face shields for everyone. Nicole was great.

NIcole the tour guide and Captain Mike were absolutely amazing. It was 90+ degrees the day we went and had to wear masks, but NIcole the tour guide encouraged us to bring waters on the boat due to the high heat which immediately made me feel more comfortable. NIcole the tour guide and Captain Mike were absolutely amazing. It was 90+ degrees the day we went and had to wear masks, but NIcole the tour guide encouraged us to bring waters on the boat due to the high heat which immediately made me feel more comfortable. It was the first boat ride we had taken over rapids as a family with kids ages 9 and 5 and so I was a little cautious. But everyone made us feel completely at ease, there were definitely multiple moments of adrenaline, but without worry. Beautiful scenery, cool informational facts and the Hamilton turns were our favorite! And all of this soon after reopening due to Covid I imagine. Thank you, you guys. Would definitely recommend to anyone with a young family, the kids absolutely loved it. Thank you Nicole and Mike!!Baopham316
