Absolutely incredible experience! We were sceptical if we would see anything at all as it was end of season, but the bus driver made a stop for a toilet break and within ten minutes, we were lucky enough to see the lights. Our tour guide, Victoria, was amazing and her pure excitement just reinforced how lucky we were to see such an amazing show. Thank you so much, unforgettable experience!Aster was a great guide, full of enthusiasm and information. Because of a poor weather forecast, this was our only opportunity to see the Northern Lights - and we did. (It was so good to know the bus registration number in advance.)

Would still recommend.

The guide was excellent and tried his best to get us a glimpse of the northern lights … it was just not the right day !Bus loading was absolutely terrible. Very disorganized and unsafe as it was late and dark. This can be easily solved by numbering the buses. Also not ok to have a 4 hour trip with no bathroom.

It was a disappointing tour as we didn't see the Northern Lights but the main issue was that we were only told that our tour was the final one of the season after we embarked on our tour. So we didn't have an opportunity to reschedule and we were forced to book another tour with Reykjavik Sightseeing instead. They were much more transparent about their upcoming schedule and I'd strongly recommend people use them instead of BusTravel Iceland. The only positive was the tour guide, who was very knowledgeable about Aurora Borealis and was engaged with the guests throughout.
