Stop At: Peyto Lake, Icefield Parkway, Lake Louise, Banff National Park, Alberta Canada
At 2, 840 meters or 6, 840 feet Peyto Lake lookout at Bow Summit is the highest point on the Icefields Parkway. You didn’t have to worry about encountering a bear in winter at this location, but this may not be the case in the spring.

Stop At: Saskatchewan River Crossing, Highway 93 and Highway 11 Improvement District No. 9, Lake Louise, Banff National Park, Alberta Canada
Here you will embark on a short snowshoeing walk through the forest and along the river wearing an old-style snowshoes made with a wooden frame and dried caribou hide webbing. This is the style of snowshoe that would have been used in Banff National Park in winter 100 years ago, or more. If it snows the night before, you can expect to find fresh powder everywhere and will have a lot of fun bounding through the deep snow in your snowshoes. The snowshoes are provided as part of this tour.
Duration: 2 hours
Stop At: Abraham Lake, Abraham Lake, Clearwater County, Alberta
Driving to Abraham Lake to learn the history of the First Nation Native culture can be an adventure. This lake is a large reservoir, used to generate power. The water level drops throughout the winter, creating changing ice conditions. The "Abraham Lake Bubbles" has become internet-famous thanks to a natural sensation that happens beneath its frozen surface. It starts when bacteria feed on decaying plants and animals that have collected along the lake bottom. That process releases methane gas in the form of thousands of bubbles. Floating to the water’s surface, the bubbles remain trapped in frozen, suspended stacks until spring thaws. This area of Kootenay Plains was flooded and is located on sacred grounds.

My husband and I booked this trip as a part of our Banff Honeymoon. We really cannot say enough good things about Jerzy and the amazing day that he provided us with this trip. First- the weather could not have been more adverse in order to see the beautiful views that he had planned for us, but we reassured him that we were so excited about the snow, as it is something that we do not get to see in our home state of Florida. Jerzy went out of his way throughout the entire day to make sure that we were comfortable and were enjoying each stop. At each location he would walk ahead of us to clear the path but still encouraged us to take our time to really take in the views that we were experiencing. He was so personable and even remembered my husband and my coffee/ hot chocolate orders that we had briefly mention in the morning. Jerzy was so easy to talk to and was so knowledgeable about each stop that we made on the journey. As I mentioned earlier, we were so excited to see and be in the snow- and he even took videos and amazing pictures of us throughout the day. It was truly perfect and we cannot wait to be back in the area to book another trip with him really soon. If you are going to the area do yourself a favor and BOOK THIS ACTIVITY.It is an amazing trip for me. Came with my wife to Banff as we were searching for that true winter wonderland experience. The tour with Jerzey did not disappoint. He took us to all the beautiful parts of the area, and showed us certain parts off the beaten path as well. Jerzey was knowledgeable and friendly. Much preferred this to a larger outing with a group. We got exactly what we were looking for and couldn’t be happier. Thank you Jerzey.Words can’t describe how much I enjoyed this tour. Jerzy was knowledgeable and passionate about the history of banff. Words can’t describe how much I enjoyed this tour. Jerzy was knowledgeable and passionate about the history of banff. He even catered the tour such that we managed to avoid crowds, it was truly magical. He also took really good care of me during the tour and helped to take a lot of pictures for me to keep as memory. Definitely recommend going for this tour if you’re visiting banff! You get to visit so many places in just one day and the views are incredible! The small group size also makes it more enjoyable. No regrets joining this tour, thank you jerzy once again for making my first trip to banff such an enjoyable one!Jerzy is a very nice tour guide. Jerzy is a very nice tour guide. He drove his Jeep and waited us at the pick up point on time. We went to Lake Minnewanka, Two Jack Lake, Surprise Corner, Bow Falls, Lake Louise, etc... Those places are very nice and beautiful. Jerzy introduced a lot about the lakes, the history of Banff, etc... He is a professional tour guide. After lunch, we wanna play tubing, but tubing was not provided on that day. Jerzy proposed a new location for us immediately. We went to Yoho National Park, which is located in province of BC. Those places in Yoho are very nice too. We enjoyed our tour so much. Therefore, we recommend you to choose Jerzy's service to experience a great day in Banff.Jerzy (the CEO) picked me up at my designated hotel in Calgary on time and was friendly from the get go. Jerzy (the CEO) picked me up at my designated hotel in Calgary on time and was friendly from the get go. He inquired about my itinerary for my time in the Banff area and switched up the places accordingly while accounting for the best time for each scenic spot based on the time of the day. He shared a lot about the geography and the people living in the area and made the trip as comfortable as possible. He warmed up quickly and was both a great friend and a tour guide for the day.
