We will provide you with personalized and professional services by a well-trained, enthusiastic and friendly chauffeur/guide who genuinely wishes to make your holiday experience or business trip as enjoyable as possible.
IMPORTANT***
Our priority is always to provide a safe, trained, certified and whenever possible bilingual driver. Fortunately & unfortunately we are almost fully booked during your travel dates, therefore we are out of availability for bilingual drivers. However, even the non-bilingual drivers will understand basic English commands such as bathroom or grocery stops, they can also always use the translator through our van WIFI or call our office for extra assistance. Please note that this does not put down 100% the possibility of your driver for the day being bilingual as we could encounter cancellations or calendar modifications that will free our current schedule.

Inclusions
- Meet and greet at the airport or selected location
- No charge/free wait for up to 3 hours in case of a flight delay
- A/C, WIFI, Official tourism and insured vehicles
- Private service (for your group only)
- 35-minute courtesy stop if needed (bathroom, food or groceries)
- Service quoted for 4 passengers (additional passengers are welcome for an extra charge per person)
- One child/infant sea available free of charge (additional seats available for an extra charge)
- The type of vehicle will be determined according to the number of people & or route.
What to expect
Arrival instructions:
After luggage pickup, please proceed OUTSIDE the airport and look out for your driver; he/she will be waiting at the only exit of the airport holding a customized airport sign with your name on it.
If by any chance you can't find your name, just go to the airport’s only coffee shop and contact us directly via Call, iMessage or WhatsApp at +506 87224778. There is FREE WIFI at the airport.
⚠️ Early arrivals: We work based on the original flight landing time you booked with us, if you are landing earlier please send us an advice notice & wait for your driver at the coffee shop outside the airport terminal.
⚠️ Bear in mind that gratuities for your driver or guide are not included in the total amount billed. The suggested amount for each service is between 15 and 20% depending on your level of satisfaction.
⚠️ Services that require after-hours (from 11:00 PM to 5:00 AM) pick-up and/or drop off, will have an additional fee based on the distance and travel time.

Cancellation

I visited Costa Rica the first week of August 2021. Prior to landing in the country, I booked a shuttle with Playa Grande Shuttle & Tours to pick up my family and me from Liberia Airport. Considering that the location I planned to stay in for my trip was an hour and 30 minutes away from the airport, the total roundtrip cost for a family of 5 people was reasonable. The experience was wonderful! Ronny was our guy! As soon as we exited the airport, Ronny was waiting for us with a sign that had my name on it. He greeted us with a welcoming hello, and walked us over to our private shuttle. As soon as we got in the van, he gave us an ice-cold Bohemia (beer)! The whole ride to our Resort was fun! He kept us entertained by telling us about himself and his profession as a tour guide. He told us so many beautiful things/facts about his country (Costa Rica), and also had a great sense of humor! He kept my family and I laughing, as well as asking him lots of questions about his knowledge! Right before dropping us off to our destination, he suggested if we were interested in booking any day-tour activities while on vacation to contact his boss. That is exactly what we did! We booked for Ronny the day next day for The Tenorio Volcano National Park day-tour hike. It was easy! I contacted his boss via WhatsApp, told him I wanted Ronny to be my tour guide & it was set!
