PADI Discover Scuba Diving in Koh Tao - half day and two dives
Overview
Half day dive trip around Koh Tao and Koh Nang Yuan islands. You'll see coral reefs and underwater life on the best dive spots around Koh Tao.
Price includes two dives under the direct supervision of PADI Dive Instructor, rental equipment, tea, coffee, fruits on the boat.

What to expect
You'll start at 9 a.m. in the morning by viewing a short video about general diving rules in our dive center on Koh Tao.
After equipment preparation we'll take you to our diving boat "Scuba Birds".
On the boat, you get full Instructor's breathing about diving activities and dive boat rules. Once we get to the dive site - jump in and take your first breath underwater!
Your experience starts with shallow water on the beach of Japanese Garden in Koh Nang Yuan or Mango Bay. Once you're comfortable and confident we begin our dive.
Dive time is around 40-50 minutes. Maximum depth is 12 meters. One hour interval before the second dive for snacks, coffee, fruits and chilling on the sundeck. After the second we come back to Koh Tao for final congratulations at about 3 p.m.
The meal is not included in the price but we have tea, coffee, cookies and fruits on the boat.
Underwater photos and video are not included in the price, however, we can do it on your request.

Went scuba diving for the first time with my buddy Dan. We had the pleasure of having Natalie as our dive instructor. I am a pretty adventurous guy but I have never experienced anything quite like scuba. Natalie is both charming Brit and extremely knowledgeable. She cares about her students and their safety as the number one priority. She spent 30 minutes to an hour helping Dan and I learn the basics. I had a mild freak out (you will too) and she held my hand and told me I could do it. After she felt we were ready she took us down 10 feet and explained how important it was to regulate the pressure in our ears, this is paramount for diving. After lunch she took us down 12m guiding us the whole way and helping us to deflate and inflate so that we could see the fish, coral, eels and all of the beautiful sea creatures. Without Natalie i honestly would have swam back to the boat and not completed the second dive. It was one of the scariest and most rewarding things i have ever done in my life. All the thanks to scubabirds and most importantly Nat!! -ZackHad a amazing time diving with my dive instructor Olya Klimachiova. She is awesome and I had a great dive with her. I contact Scuba birds and i was provided all the information i needed travelling from Koh Samui to Koa Tao. Excellent communication on how to get there and back. I had an excellent dive instructor Nelly who was absolutely amazing and very helpful. She showed me around some beautiful corals and marine life and gave me a few pointers on how to improve my diving technique, which was great! I highly recommend using Scuba Birds for your next dive. Very professional and friendly and easy to get along with. Great experience with them.Great place to dive the place is beautiful and the staff are great we had olya as our guide very good and professional and knows the local area well we were fed well on the boat and everything explained easy to find and good communication
