Die Kommunikation mit dem Anbieter und die Abholung hat sehr gut geklappt auch der Rücktransfer ohne Probleme. Wir haben relativ spontan gebucht, nicht einmal 24 Stunden vorher (in Hurghada über die Website Viator). Dauer mit Transfer ca 3 Stunden. Das Schiff ist modern und hat 3 Ausenetagen und ...

Das Schiff ist modern und hat 3 Ausenetagen und im Untergeschoss sind Panoramafenster (unter Wasser). Wir wir sind losgefahren und es wurde Cola usw verkauft (2€ eine Dose). Die Crew war insgesamt gut drauf und gut organisiert. Wir sind ca 5 Minuten gefahren und wurden dann nach unten gebracht. Mega toller Ausblick! (Leider waren die Fenster etwas veralgt) Es ist genug Platz für alle gewesen. Stachelrochen und Korallen gesehen. Nach einiger Zeit haben wir angehalten und die Guides sind ins Wasser und haben mit Futter sehr viele Fische angelockt. Dann hatte man die Option selbst schnorcheln zu gehen. Die Korallen sind natürlich in etwa 4 Metern tiefe. Man hätte vielleicht in die nähe eines flaches Riffes fahren können. Aber es waren auch viele Kinder und Nicht gut schwimmer dabei. Die hätten evtl viel kaputt gemacht. Alles sehr sicher. Mit Leinen und Rettungsringen, die Guides waren mit im Wasser. Nach Ca 40 Minuten sind wir wieder los. Jetzt wurde kostenlos Cola verteilt. Dann sind wir zurückgefahren. Wir hatten für unseren letzten Tag extra eine kurze Tour gesucht und es war total ausreichend. Gerne wieder. DankeChristophe_M

Transfert impeccable : bus ponctuel, propre, climatisé, agent parlant le français, plutôt rapide. Arrivée à la Marina, attente sans explications, nous changeons d agent il ne parle pas français pourtant nous avions choisis cette croisière car nous ne parlons ni arabe ni anglais . Nous attendon...
Transfert impeccable : bus ponctuel, propre, climatisé, agent parlant le français, plutôt rapide. Arrivée à la Marina, attente sans explications, nous changeons d agent il ne parle pas français pourtant nous avions choisis cette croisière car nous ne parlons ni arabe ni anglais . Nous attendons …… On nous propose du matériel ( tuba, masque, palmes) en regardant de plus prês le matériel n est pas propre. Ou sont les mesures Covid ? Nous montons sur un bateau ( qui ne correspond pas à la photo ) en troupeau de touristes . Nous sommes assis sur des chaises sans aucunes distanciations . Les distributeurs de gel hydroalcoolique sont vides. Trop de touristes pour le bateau, le personnel est perdu et cherche une solution pour placer les personnes debout . La croisière en bateau démarre avec 10 minutes sur l eau avec des explications en anglais & arabe . Bien sur nous ne comprenons rien ! On s arrête et on descend tous sous le bateau ou nous sommes tous tassés sans mesures Covid . Pas assez de places, des touristes sont debout Nous apercevons des fonds marins avec du corail mort en partie et quelques uns vivants . Il y a quelques poissons . Un plongeur donne à manger aux poissons ce qui les attirent vers le bateau . Nous nous apercevons que le bateau tourne en rond et que nous voyons la même chose…. Du personnel à l intérieur qui crit pour nous signaler les poissons et énormément de bruits et de chaleur avec les touristes . On nous demande de remonter pour la plongée qui dure longtemps .tous les bateaux sont au meme endroits et très peu de personnes vont a l eau car le bateau n est pas prévus pour ça ( un bateau avec un alignement de chaises pivotantes ) On nous sert un verre de soda puis la croisière est finit ! Ne nous attendez pas à une croisière fantastique . Vous n irez pas a plusieurs endroits pour découvrir les fonds marins mais juste à 10 minutes du port . Nous sommes là dans le tourisme de masse avec du bateau mouche low cost….ou l écologie et la sensibilisation des personnes pour la préservation de l océan est absente . Pour rappel nous payons un droit d entrée en supplément pour préserver les fonds marins alors que le personnel du bateau jette leurs mégots dans l ocean. Une prise de conscience est nécessaire pour rendre ce tour de bateau attrape tourisme en une croisière extraordinaire …. Nou avons vécu des choses extraordinaires en Tunisie et en Turquie pour le même prix .
