Possibly our favorite three hours in Florence! It was wonderful meeting the other culinary students from different parts of the world, and our teacher, Luisa, was the BEST! She was expert at her skills and communicated both the techniques of pasta making as well as charming anecdotes from her life. Also it was delicious !Had a fantastic time with Lucrezia! She was super knowledgeable about Florence and Italy, and made our pasta making experience an awesome time. Would thoroughly recommend this class for anyone looking to learn 🙂

What a fun experience! Having never made pasta before, our instructor Camilla, was personable and patient. She shared a lot of history of pasta and her family experience with it while growing up. Her story was just as interesting in addition to some great local recommendations on where to eat. And of course, the best part is eating the results of our efforts. We recommend this course if you love pasta!Upon arrival we were greeted with a friendly welcome. After a few snacks and hand washing we were introduced to Guillio who was our chef host. Upon arrival we were greeted with a friendly welcome. After a few snacks and hand washing we were introduced to Guillio who was our chef host. He was super fun and made the class very enjoyable! He helped everyone make the perfect pasta dough, that we turned into fettuccine, ravioli, and casunziei (or something like that!). The sauce for the pastas was delightful! The dessert (we didn’t make but have the recipe for) was a decadent bite of chocolate. Everything was plated beautifully and a fun evening was had by all. Guillo’s sense of humor, singing and personality made the class even more fun than expected. #girlstripSo much fun and very entertaining all capped off with the consuming of our work washed down with great wine. I’d do it again in a heartbeat. Don’t miss this if you are going to Florence
