This being our first time in Penang, we decided on hiring Tour & Incentive company; and I am glad we did. We used them for round trip transportation from the airport to and from our hotel in Georgetown. We also booked the Instragrammable tour plus the Around Penang Island tour. Philip was our guide and driver for all these trips. He was the best as he made our trips very enjoyable. He is very personable and accommodating. He went above and beyond to make our stay in Penang a positive experience. I highly recommend him and this tour company. Communicating with them is easy and fees are competitive. I will recommend them to friends and family.Very good tour made especially extraordinary by our guide and driver, Philip, who was knowledgeable, attentive and professional. Very good tour made especially extraordinary by our guide and driver, Philip, who was knowledgeable, attentive and professional. His passion for Penang and genuine enjoyment of tour guiding really made this a great experience. As first timers in Penang, this tour gave us all the highlights in one go: art, culture, history and food! We were lucky to have the car to ourselves as no one else booked the tour that day (extremely lucky for us given it was the weekend) so it was convenient to have a place to leave our things. The tour ended with a trip to the Penang White Coffee shop outside Georgetown which, while nice as it offered an opportunity to see more of the city and sample some unusually flavoured coffees from the area (w/ no obligation to buy... wink-wink), you can do without it. Overall a good experience I highly recommend for families or those with elderly... or for super hot/rainy days when walking just won't be appealing! It was just a driver and did not know much about tourist facts. Driver did not tell me/ tourist that there are a lot of side streets which also have street arts - so, I was a bit disappointed about that, as that was one of my highlights of visiting Penang 🥲 Apart from the above - driver took me...

Good tour - best way to see the best of Penang if you only have a day. Comes with food at a "hawker centre' - eat the way locals do! We had Philip Oh as our guide and he made our day! If you can get him - your whole trip will be worth it! (We had planned to go to Bali but cancelled at the last moment because we heard of an earthquake just off the coast. So we did not plan this trip properly but Philip and the tour saved our holiday.)
