Joe was a great guide. Very down to earth and informative. We are local to Philadelphia and just wanted a fun weekend activity and we ended up learning so much about the city that we didn’t know before! Definitely come hungry because you get several donuts, and wear your walking shoes - you definitely get to walk off the sugar. We had a great time! We had a great time! Our 2 kids loved it as well and we all enjoyed seeing parts of the city we wouldn't have gone to in our first visit in Philly. Our guide was very enthusiastic and a true donut lover. She gave us a good walking tour with insights on some historical sites along the route. At each donut shop she gave some history of the place and why she picked this spot which was nice. Would definitely recommend this to anyone visiting the city!Tour begins with the best, Federal Donuts, where the strawberry lavender is to die for. From there it’s a fun walk through Philly with 3 other donut stops, one inside Reading Terminal Market. Joe was a great guide, knowledgeable, fun and friendly.

This was a great Sunday morning activity in Philly. Our tour guide was fabulous! Energetic, a true donut lover, and gave us some nice tips on the city as well as historical info. Enough time and walking between stops so you didn't feel full. We also had extras and grabbed doggie bags to bring donuts home. The first three stops were fab....Federal Donus, Dottie's Donuts (vegan, but you couldn't tell), and a farmer's market stand for quince donuts (our fave of the trip). Totally should've stopped the tour there. The fourth and final stop is a rotating one because the other stop is closed on Sunday's....Sweet Charlie's was a disappointment. The donuts were stale...and I mean STALE...I think they served us at least day old donuts that should've been tossed. Then the ice cream toppings were sub-par. Banana was mush, and I asked for a roasted marshmallow but they couldn't get either blow torch working so they just stuck a regular marshmallow on top, which was also stale. Big disappointment to finish the tour. Would recommend you remove it as a stop. Otherwise, GREAT time and would highly recommend!
