The folks at Philly were great! Viator did not tell us that to do this tour, the kids have to be at least 16 years old. So they switched us to a Segway tour. They were great, and I suspect that Viator will be updated to reflect the age requirements for kids on electric-assist bikes. Even so, the Segway tour was probably even better than a biking tour would have been. Hats off to Philly!Great tour with good friends! Sarge was an awesome tour guide. Our group enjoyed the beautiful afternoon!
