We even get to meet this KeaA truely magical trip that more than met all my expectations. The scenery was unbelievable as was the tour guide whose knowledge of the area was thorough. He also immersed us in both the cultural and environmental importance of this area and brought the trip to life with his humour and passion.

We had a great tour capped off with a wonderful scenic flight back to Queenstown. Highlights were: Weather - we were very fortunate to get a lovely day. Cheeky Kiwi - chose the small group tour with highly rated company and sooo glad we did. You would miss so much and be in a hurry all the time on a large bus tour. CK can stop anywhere for photo opportunities and comfort breaks can be done quickly as no queues for loos/coffees etc. Driver / guide - Dave had lived in Te Anau and surrounds all his life as farm station manager and then truck driver to and from MS. This instilled great confidence as the drive from QT to MS is not for the faint hearted. Insightful commentary and really good company. The scenery, views, experiences - what a trip. Fly back if you can - it is great and saves a lot of time.
