The lodge was outside the national park, but it was a lovely place to stay with a great room and pool. We stayed for 2 nights there, as part of the package. The second day is when you get up early and get all the wonderful sights of the desert while it’s still relatively quiet. You’ll be back by the pool by mid afternoon…. Thoroughly recommended. And our driver/guide Rodrique was brilliant too.An all too short trip to the Namibian Desert. My guide, Benjamin, was knowlegable about the desert and the history of Namibia.
