What to expect
With online booking, you can avoid long waiting in taxi queues. Your driver will be waiting for you and assist you during all your transfer from or to the airport. - Pickup for return transfer is 3.5 hour before the departure time
- Any changes in booking are possible up to 24-hours prior to departure
- Each passenger is allowed one piece of luggage with a maximum weight of 20kg and maximum size of 158cm. Please note that additional charges may apply for each additional item.
- Please be advised that your driver will be waiting for you at the airport for 1 hour from actual arrival time of your flight. Flight arrival times are always monitored, so in the event of a delay, your driver will still be waiting for you.

Very dissappointed as the driver was a no-show for this and we waited at the airport for over 45 minutes. After waiting and our driver didn't show, we ended taking a local taxi at the airport. What we learned is that while drivers are somewhat limited in English, most drivers do know the major hotels and Taxis are relatively inexpensive and we had a nice driver take us to the hotel for much less.
