Upon arrival at Lambert-Saint Louis International Airport (STL), you'll be met by your professional driver. Once you’re settled comfortably in your spacious private sedan, with room for up to three passengers, you’ll be driven straight to your downtown Saint Louis, Fenton, Eureka or Maryland Heights accommodation.

The car and driver were waiting for us at the assigned place. Very convenient and easy. Driver was good and safe; but the air conditioner in the car had gone out and in humid St Louis that was uncomfortable.

Very poor experience. I had a confirmed reservation for pik up at St. Louis Airport at noon on Thursday, March 10 for transfer to downtown hotel. The booking reference was BR-861178570 with tour operater Carmel Car & Limo Service, their confirmation code # 14037802. Upon arrival, I contacted the Carmel # I was given and they told me they were sorry but they had NO DRIVERS that afternoon and that my ride had been cancelled. No offer to help get me another ride. Also, my credit card had been charged some $54.00. The Carmel person said that I should take that up with Viator. Please refund my credit card for the charges for trip not provided. Left us stranded at the airport on Saturday night!!!! Couldn’t get ahold of anyone!!! Finally contacted their colleagues and they said they do this all the time. Overbook themselves leaving no available cars. Never use them!!!!
