This was an outstanding day tour to a beautiful part of Greece away from the crowds of Athens. Yannis was a fantastic tour guide and made ancient Corinth come to life with his deep knowledge of the history of Corinth and his passion for the area.

Our tour guide Tas picked us up from our hotel in Athens today and we had the most amazing tour of Ancient Corinth and the Isthmus Canal! There were six of us ladies and he filled us with detailed information about everything we saw. We cannot say enough about Tas. He even was our personal photographer. He took us to an awesome authentic Greek restaurant in Ancient Corinth with a spectacular view of the Roman ruins and baths. If you come to Greece, you have to do this tour. We all highly recommend Tas!This trip is a must see! You receive the very best hospitality and historical commentary from tour guide Yannis. This trip is a must see! You receive the very best hospitality and historical commentary from tour guide Yannis. Native to the Athens region, he is fluent in both English and Greek and is known throughout Corinth; he knows his history and I learned a lot more about the Apostle Paul and his travels in Corinth. Yannis picked us up at our door and escorted us comfortably in his car, indulging us with cold water, hot coffees and pastries. Definitely went far and above what we expected. We were picked up Tour Guide Demetrus who proved very professional and personal. While we’re not religious (instead spiritual), the tour itself was amazingly interesting. It was a tour I was totally glad we afforded ourselves. Again, our guide Demetrus was amazing.

This tour was amazing!!! I would recommend this private tour to anyone who loves history and wants to explore Corinth in a way you could never do on your own or in a tour bus. Tas was a wonderful guide and his knowledge, passion and enthusiasm for history is obvious from the 1st minute through to the last. We are finishing a 2 week vacation where we've taken tours in Naples, Rome and Athens. This tour was the best of them all! The conversation, history and atmosphere as we toured historical sites was authentic, stimulating and well worth the cost. We never felt rushed and had the perfect amount of time to explore areas on our own before meeting back up with Tas. The food we had at the end of the tour was the best Greek food we've had so far!! Instead of finishing the day exhausted and overwhelmed - we finished the day feeling as if we had spent a casual day with a good friend exploring a beautiful place. Perfect!!!
